  • 4 boneless pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. salsa (chunky)
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) diced green chiles (undrained)

Directions

    Brown chops in large skillet in oil over medium heat, approximately 5 minutes.

    Turn chops; add salsa and chiles. Lower heat; cover and simmer gently 8 to 10 minutes.
