- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Grease an 8-inch skillet and place in oven to heat.

3Beat egg in mixing bowl.

4Add remaining ingredients; beat well.

5Pour batter into prepared skillet.

6Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
