Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) bean dip
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans drained chopped olives
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
  • large round tortilla chips

Directions

    Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in another bowl.

    Spread in the following order on a large shallow platter:

    bean dip, seasoned avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, tomatoes, onions, olives and cheese.

    Serve with chips.

    You may use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
