- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (24 ounce) packagefrozen potatoes o'brien with onions and bell peppers
- 1 cup thick & chunky salsa
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 8 ounces shredded colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
Directions

1In Large skillet, brown beef.

2Drain.

3Remove meat fro skillet and keep covered set aside.

4In same skillet heat oil over medium heat until hot.

5add potatoes, cook and stir 8 -10 minutes or until browned.

6Stir in salsa, chili powder and ground beef.

7Cook 5-8 minutes or until heated through.Sprinkle with cheese.

8Cover and cook 4 minutes over low heat or until cheese has melted.
