    Heat hot dogs as directed on package.

    Chop onion; mix relish, onion and mustard..

    Place hot dogs in buns; top with relish mixture.

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and wash carrots.

    Blend sour cream and salsa to make a dip for broccoli and carrots.

    Make Fruit in a Cloud by spooning whipped topping into four dessert dishes.

    Using back of spoon, spread whipped topping onto bottom and up sides of dishes.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
