  • 2 cups skinned, boned, shredded deli rotisserie chicken
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 (1-pound) loaf French bread
  • 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing
  • 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli White American, cut in half

Directions

    Combine shredded chicken, celery and Buffalo wing sauce in bowl; set aside.

    Cut 16 (1/2-inch) slices from French bread.

    (Use remaining bread as you wish.)

    Butter 1 side of each bread slice.

    Spread about 1 teaspoon salad dressing onto other side of each bread slice.

    Place 1 piece cheese over dressing on 8 bread slices; top with 1/3 cup chicken mixture, 1 piece cheese and remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.

    Heat panini grill.

    Place sandwiches into panini grill.

    Grill 6-8 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.

    Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
