- 2 cups skinned, boned, shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 (1-pound) loaf French bread
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli White American, cut in half
Directions

1Combine shredded chicken, celery and Buffalo wing sauce in bowl; set aside.

2Cut 16 (1/2-inch) slices from French bread.

3(Use remaining bread as you wish.)

4Butter 1 side of each bread slice.

5Spread about 1 teaspoon salad dressing onto other side of each bread slice.

6Place 1 piece cheese over dressing on 8 bread slices; top with 1/3 cup chicken mixture, 1 piece cheese and remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.

7Heat panini grill.

8Place sandwiches into panini grill.

9Grill 6-8 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
