- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 2 (10 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (3 oz.) can ripe olives
- 8 oz. cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg. round tortilla chips
Directions

1Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper in bowl. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in bowl; blend well.

2Spread bean dip on large platter.

3Layer avocado mixture and sour cream mixture over bean dip.

4Top with layers of onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.

5Serve with tortilla chips.
