- 5 oz. cooked turkey sausage
- 3 oz. reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. low-fat buttermilk
- 1/2 c. drained salsa
- 1/3 c. less 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. light sour cream
