  • 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 4 1/2 oz. uncooked yellow cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. each granulated sugar and double-acting baking powder
  • 5 oz. cooked turkey sausage
  • 3 oz. reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. drained salsa
  • 1/3 c. less 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. light sour cream

    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar and baking powder. Stir to combine.
