- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/3 c. picante
Directions

1In large saucepan, over low heat, cook rice, onion and garlic in oil until rice is lightly browned.

2Stir in hot broth and picante.

3Cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
