Oreo Delight

Directions

   Crush cookies; add melted margarine.

   Mix well.

   Grease a 9 x 13 pan and line with cookie mixture.

   Soften ice cream at room temperature and spread on top of cookies.

   Melt 1/4 cup margarine and unsweetened chocolate.

   Add sugar and evaporated milk.

   Cook and stir for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.

   Drizzle over ice cream.

   Freeze overnight.
