- 3 medium bell peppers
- 6 Jalapeno peppers cut up
- 3 medium onions diced
- 5 garlic cloves cut up
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 5 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
Directions

1Cook first 5 ingredients until coarse. (15 minutes)

2Add vinegar, salt, and sugar.

3Simmer for 30 minutes.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Cook for 15-20 minutes longer.

6Pour into jars and seal.
