- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 jar salsa (your choice of spiciness)
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut round steak into serving size pieces and pound to tenderize.

2Heat oil in heavy skillet and brown steak.

3Add more oil if needed to brown all of the steak.

4Cover and cook on low while preparing salsa mixture.
