- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1/3 c. club soda
Directions

1Preheat griddle or heavy skillet.

2Use 1/4 measuring cup for regular size pancakes.

3Use a tablespoon for dollar size pancakes. When bubbly and a little dry around the edge, turn over and brown other side.

4Serve hot, with butter and syrup.

5Cook any unused batter.

6Freeze pancakes and just reheat.
