  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix together and heat to boiling the first 4 ingredients.

    In bowl, put flour and sugar.

    Pour boiling mix in bowl; add buttermilk, eggs, salt, baking soda and vanilla.

    Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
