  • 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can white hominy
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1/4 c. diced pimento
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic to taste
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Wish-Bone Italian dressing

    Drain and rinse peas and hominy.

    Combine remaining ingredients; add Italian dressing.

    Mix well and marinate overnight.
