  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, softened
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 6 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
  • chili powder

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except chili powder, and form into a large ball.

    Chill until firm.

    Roll in chili powder to cover.

    Serve with crackers.

    This cheese log can be frozen.
