- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cans Ro-Tel
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- soft tortilla shells
- Cheddar cheese
- sour cream
Directions

1Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms in 1/2 stick of butter.

2Put to side.

3Cut chicken in strips and cook in 1/2 stick of butter. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.

4Mix Ro-Tel and soup.

5Put 1/2 of mixture into chicken.

6Add onion and pepper.
