  • 3 lb. boneless beef chuck, thinly cut in 2-inch strips
  • 1/4 lb. beef suet, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. diced green chilies
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 3 bay leaves, crumbled
