  • 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 tsp. vinegar*
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar*
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce*
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard*
  • 5 Tbsp. chili powder*

    In large pot, brown beef and drain.
