  • 2 lb. chili meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans water
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions

    Brown meat in skillet; drain off grease.

    Put in a 2-quart pot and add all ingredients.

    Stir and blend thoroughly.
