- 1 c. fresh orange juice
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Line a strainer with a double layer of cheesecloth.

2Place yogurt in the center; let drain for 1 hour.

3Place orange juice in a small pan; bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, swirling the pan occasionally, until a very thick syrup remains.

5There should be about 2 tablespoons.
