- 1 beef brisket (4 lb.), trimmed
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 bottle (17.5 oz.) BULL'S-EYE Texas Style Barbecue Sauce, divided

1Place meat on double layer of heavy-duty foil.

2Mix pineapple and peppers; pour over meat.

3Bring up foil sides.

4Double fold top and sides to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

5Refrigerate 1 hour.

6Heat charcoal grill to medium heat.

7Arrange coals evenly on each side of charcoal grate.

8Open packet; pour half the barbecue sauce over meat.

9Reseal packet.

10Place on center of grate; cover with lid.

11Grill meat 3 hours, turning after 1-1/2 hours.

12Open packet; pour meat drippings into bowl.
