  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/3 cup chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 bottle (17.5 oz.) BULL'S-EYE Texas Style Barbecue Sauce, divided

    Mix pineapple and peppers; pour over meat.

    Double fold top and sides to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

    Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Heat charcoal grill to medium heat.

    Arrange coals evenly on each side of charcoal grate.

    Open packet; pour half the barbecue sauce over meat.
