  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil

Directions

    Blend together and bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 425° for 20 minutes or until done.

    Melt a stick of butter or margarine; pour over the bread when it is done.
