- 2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (undrained)
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2In an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan, cover bottom with oil evenly.

3Combine remaining ingredients.

4Add rest of oil; mix just until blended.

5Pour into pan.

6Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
