  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 8 oz. fresh or frozen cooked crabmeat, flaked
  • 3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry or Sauterne

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach. Saute onion in butter.

    Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.

    Serve in a chafing dish with crackers.
