- 2 dozen eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry or water
- 2 small cans mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs with milk.

2Melt butter in skillet.

3Scramble eggs. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Top with bacon, peppers, onions and mushrooms.

5Warm soup with sherry (or water).

6Spread over top. Top with grated cheese.

7Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

8Bake at 250° for 50 minutes.
