- 2 doz. eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. butter, softened
- 10 strips bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 large can mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
Directions

1Beat eggs with milk and butter.

2Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Sprinkle vegetables and bacon onto eggs.

4Heat soup (do not add milk or water) to soften it.

5Spread over egg dish.

6Sprinkle cheese on top.

7Cover with foil.

8Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
