- 6 eggs, beaten well
- 3 cans (4 oz.) green chilies (chopped and drained)
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- a few drops of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Grate cheese, put 1/2 in bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with chilies. Top with other half of cheese. Mix eggs with Worcestershire, pour over cheese and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Let cool until it falls out of dish.
