- 3 onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook the onions and green pepper in a little oil until yellow. Add the hamburger. Cook over medium heat until well blended.

2Stir in the remaining ingredients.

3Put in baking dish with lid.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered.

5Take cover off and cook 20 minutes longer to brown.
