  • 3 lb. hamburger (browned and crumbled)
  • Large can whole tomatoes (crushed)
  • Bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 c. uncooked regular rice (not minute)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onion and bell pepper add beef and drain.

    Pour into 3 qt. casserole dish.

    Add crushed tomatoes and rice.

    Salt and pepper and mix well.

    (Flatten top smooth and add more pepper on top.)

    Cover and cook for one hour on 350.
