- 3 lb. hamburger (browned and crumbled)
- Large can whole tomatoes (crushed)
- Bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 c. uncooked regular rice (not minute)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper add beef and drain.

2Pour into 3 qt. casserole dish.

3Add crushed tomatoes and rice.

4Salt and pepper and mix well.

5(Flatten top smooth and add more pepper on top.)

6Cover and cook for one hour on 350.
