- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 (14 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. regular uncooked rice
Directions

1Brown beef in skillet; add onion and pepper.

2Cook until tender; drain well.

3Add tomatoes and seasonings.

4Bring to a boil and stir in rice.

5Cover and simmer 30 to 35 minutes.

6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
