  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c. regular uncooked rice
