- 1/2 to 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown hamburger, onion and pepper.

2Add rice, chili powder, tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.

3Stir together and pour in ungreased casserole.

4Bake 1 hour at 350°.
