- 1 large onions, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 3 Tbsp. fat
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. cooked tomatoes, 1 lb.
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Saut onion and green pepper in fat until onions are yellow.

3Add meat and fry until mixture falls apart.

4Stir in rest of ingredients.

5Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish.

6Cover and bake 1 hour removing cover last 15 minutes.

7Serve hot.
