- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
- 1 green pepper
- 2 medium onions
- 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. converted rice
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
Directions

1Lightly brown hamburger; drain off grease.

2Place in crock-pot and add rice, chopped onions, green pepper, salt, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, crushed tomatoes and almost all of tomato juice.

3Mix well and turn crock-pot on high.

4It will be ready to eat in about 4 hours.

5This makes a good Sunday dinner.
