Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. converted rice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice

Directions

    Lightly brown hamburger; drain off grease.

    Place in crock-pot and add rice, chopped onions, green pepper, salt, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, crushed tomatoes and almost all of tomato juice.

    Mix well and turn crock-pot on high.

    It will be ready to eat in about 4 hours.

    This makes a good Sunday dinner.
