- 3 large onions, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper.

3Drain off fat.

4Stir in remaining ingredients.

5Heat thoroughly and pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.

6Cover and bake 1 hour.

7Serve with salad for complete meal.
