- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 large onions
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 16 oz. can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice (regular)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook meat, onions and green pepper until meat is done and vegetables are tender.

2Drain off fat.

3Stir in tomatoes, rice, salt, chili powder and pepper.

4Heat through.

5Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.

6Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.
