- 2 medium bell peppers, diced
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1In a large frying pan, saute onions and peppers in oil, about 5 minutes.

2Crumble ground beef into pan.

3Add salt and stir; when mixture begins to thicken, add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook on slow heat; then add rice.

4Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes.
