- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 quart diced tomato (4 cups)
- 12 cup instant brown rice
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Directions

1In skillet cook and crumble beef; drain well.

3Stir in tomatoes, uncooked rice, salt to taste, pepper and chili powder.

5Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes at 300.
