- 1/2 lb. candied red cherries, cut
- 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 lb. pitted dates
- 1` Tbsp. flour
- 4 1/3 c. chopped pecans
- 4 oz. coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Combine cherries, pineapple and dates.

2Sprinkle with flour and toss to coat well.

3Add pecans and coconut.

4Toss, then add milk and stir to mix.

5Place in greased 13 x 9-inch pan and place in 250° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

6Cool and wrap in foil and refrigerate 2 weeks.
