  • 8 pork chops
  • 8 onion slices
  • 8 green pepper slices
  • 2/3 c. raw rice
  • 1 c. tomato soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Directions

    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.

    Arrange in bottom of pan.

    Place 1 onion slice and 1 pepper slice on top of each chop.

    Pour rice around in pan.

    Spoon the mixture of tomato soup, water, vinegar and mustard over all and bake 1 hour at 350°.
