- 8 pork chops
- 8 onion slices
- 8 green pepper slices
- 2/3 c. raw rice
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.

2Arrange in bottom of pan.

3Place 1 onion slice and 1 pepper slice on top of each chop.

4Pour rice around in pan.

5Spoon the mixture of tomato soup, water, vinegar and mustard over all and bake 1 hour at 350°.
