  • 2 lb. frozen Southern style hash browns, thawed
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream (16 oz. container)
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions

    Mix butter and corn flakes; set aside.

    Mix all remaining ingredients together and put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Top with the corn flake mixture and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
