Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. Nestle Quik chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    In a bowl, put the flour, sugar and salt.

    In a saucepan, bring to a boil the margarine, hot water and Nestle Quik.
  3. 3
    Pour over ingredients in bowl and add the eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Mix well.

    Pour into large greased cookie sheet with raised edges. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    It usually runs over the pan, so I put some of the batter in a small cake pan to bake.
