  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt the butter in a saucepan.

    Add the water and cocoa. Bring to a boil; remove from heat.

    Add remaining ingredients; beat with mixer until all lumps are out and it is a smooth batter. Pour into a greased cookie sheet pan (17 1/4 x 11 1/4 x 1-inch). Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
