  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Bring to a boil the margarine and water.

    In a large bowl, mix together cocoa, sugar, flour and salt.

    Pour hot mixture into sifted ingredients.

    Add eggs, soda and sour cream.

    Mix well. Pour into greased flat cake pan.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
