Tilapia Wrapped Spinach

- 1 Tilapia Fillets
- 1 Spinach
- 1 Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 Black Pepper
- 1 Toothpicks
- 1 Parsley Flakes
Directions

1First lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil.

2Lay the Tilapia Filets on the baking sheet and season them with the lemon pepper.

3And black pepper.

4Place the spinach in the middle of the Tilapia, and wrap the Tilapia around it.

5Pin the Tilapia together with a toothpick to hold it in place.

6Be sure there's not too much spinach or the Tilapia will rip.

7Also sprinkle some parsley flakes.

8Parsley doesn't do anything taste wise, but it makes it look nice.

9Bake the Tilapia for about 20 minutes or until you see it start browning at the edges.

10I made mine with a side of Valveta Broccoli Mac and Cheese.

12I didn't have any on hand, but alternatively, you can marinade the Tilapia in Lemon Pepper Marinade if you have any to boost the flavor.
