Texas Strawberry Pie

Directions

   Sieve 2 cups of berries using both pulp and juice.

   Mix flour and sugar; add to sieved strawberries.

   Cook for 10 minutes; cool. Dissolve gelatin; mix with strawberry mixture.

   Mix cream and cream cheese; spread in pie shell.

   Line pie shell with remaining whole berries.

   Pour cooled strawberry mixture over top.

   Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
