- 3 Or 4 bell peppers
- 1 box Zatarans New Orleans style white and wild rice
- 1 can Original Rotel tomatoes
- 1 lb Ground hamburger meat
- 2 1/4 cup Shredded cheese
Directions

1Boil 3/4 large bell peppers that have had their tops sliced off and seeds taken out

2Brown 1lb of hamburger meat

3Prepare 1 box of zatarns New Orleans style white and wild rice according to directions

4Add 1 can of original Rotel tomatoes (drained)

5Remove bell peppers from boiling water, drain, and place in a baking dish to cool partially

6Add aprox.

72 cups of shredded cheese to browned hamburger/Rotel mix (please remember to drain hamburger before adding to cheese

8Stuff peppers about 3/4 of the way full of hamburger/Rotel/cheese mixture

9Heap wild rice you previously made on top and sprinkle with another pinch of shredded cheese

10Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted
