  • 1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 (13 oz.) can milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Grate the 2 cheeses and mix, divide in half, beat eggs, add milk, flour, salt and pepper.

    Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Spread 1/2 of cheese in pan.

    Spread green chilies over the cheese.

    Add remaining cheese.

    Pour in the eggs, milk, flour mixture over all. Bake for about 1 hour at 325°.

    Cut in squares to serve.

    Great as a snack or for breakfast.
