Ingredients: 1 box white cake mix; 1 (3 ounce) package mixed-fruit gelatin; 1 1/3 cups seedless watermelon, cubes; 3 egg whites; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; Watermelon Icing; 6 ounces cream cheese; 1/4 cup butter; 2 cups confectioners' sugar; 1/4 cup watermelon juice

Watermelon Icing
6 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup watermelon juice

For cake: In a large bowol, mix all ingredients.

Pour into a bundt pan and bake for 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean.

When cool, frost with the Watermelon Icing.

For icing: In a bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
