- 1-1/4 qt. OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 6-1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3-1/2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 2/3 cup gingerroot, peeled, minced
- 2-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 240 each chicken drumettes
- 1-1/4 cups green onions, chopped
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except chicken and onions; set aside.

2Place chicken in single layer in parchment paper-lined full-sheet pans (or in lined half-sheet pan for trial recipe).

3Bake in 325 degrees F-convection oven 15 min.

4or until done (165 degrees F).

5Brush chicken with barbecue sauce mixture.
